Acceptable stay
polite staff friendly service small lift toilet plumbing
Staff at reception, bar, and restaurant acted polite. They showed a willingness to help with any issue. I liked that service felt friendly.
The hotel lift moved slowly. It only fit two people at once. I found plumbing needed improvements. The en-suite toilet required three flushes to work.

bad smell narrow halls
the food was delicious, so i was okay with that.
the room door did not close properly. the whole place smelled really bad, which put me off. i would never stay there again.

Decent Hotel. Some Issues Need Addressing
The indoor swimming pool was a disappointment. Tiles were cracked, and some looked quite dirty. It seemed poorly maintained. the breakfast service was disorganized. I waited an unreasonable amount of time to receive all components of my meal.

great stay at the hotel
amazing staff tasty food great location
the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. the food i ate in the hotel was very tasty, especially the sandwich i had. it was fresh. the location was great. tram outside the hotel took me into the city center.
the pool was small and only 3ft deep, but it was great for my daughter. it could use a refurbishment.

staff members were very professional and always friendly, noticeable. a special staff member named jayde always carried out duties perfectly. i thank her for it.

all rooms were very super clean and cozy. some of them are newly refurbished. others are in the process, so they will be upgraded soon. the double room had spacious bathroom.

friendly staff clean pool musty smell unbearable room
The staff was friendly! the pool area was clean. I found the tram stop just across the street very convenient. A day ticket cost only 10 pounds for two people.
The hallway to my room on the 4th floor had a musty smell. I was unable to open THE window in my room. it was unbearable.
